Organoleptic properties
Vibrant and full ruby red reflective colour. Intense and excellent aromas, fruity with notes of cherry, and amareno cherry, spicy notes with cacao and vanilla. Dry, warm and soft tasting, elegant tannins, very persistent

Serving
Excellent with and roasted or grilled red meats, particularly game and cheeses. With all fine cuisine or as a meditative wine
